Van B. Krzywicki organized the Wisconsin based PeaPod Homes™ in January 2008, with Mark Rittle, as a manifestation of his passion for real estate and environmentalism intersecting with his entrepreneurship.
As a state certified appraiser, Van has pursued a career focusing on real property investment opportunity and collateral valuation. After inspecting literally thousands of homes in the past ten years, Van became convinced that we must fundamentally change the way we build homes to maximize natural resources without destroying them. In addition to his administrative role with PeaPod Homes, Van continues a small private real estate appraisal practice and resides at the Fish Cabin Preserve, 65 miles northwest of New York City in Glen Spey NY.
Krzywicki holds a graduate level Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Mercy College, Dobbs Ferry NY, and received a B.S. from Bucknell University 1982. Van firmly believes that improving the quality of America’s housing stock presents one of the most compelling moral and capital opportunities of our time.
